Responsibility for the return shipment, including ensuring safe delivery, rests with the customer until the return is fully processed. Returned products should be sent to the designated processing facility. Upon receipt, each item is inspected and logged into the system. A confirmation email is sent to notify the customer that the return has been received and is under review. Processing times may vary depending on volume, and customers should allow up to fourteen business days for the complete inspection and refund issuance.

Refunds are issued based on the timing of the return. Returns made within ninety days of purchase are refunded to the original payment method, while returns after ninety days are generally refunded via an electronic gift card sent to the email address associated with the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any applied discounts, promotions, or complimentary items may be adjusted in the final refund calculation. Confirmation of the refund is sent once processed, although it may take one to two billing cycles for the funds to appear, depending on the payment provider.
